Ingredients

Active ingredients per 1 scoop (approximately 4 g):

Magnesium (as bisglycinate) – 200 mg

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid, from PharmaGABA®) – 100 mg

L-Theanine – 50 mg

Melatonin – 2.5 mg

Other ingredients: Citric acid, organic tapioca maltodextrin, natural flavours, stevia leaf extract, rice hull concentrate and organic beetroot juice.
