Usage

1. Position the lower edge of the belt at the top of the buttocks.

2. Pull the right section around the body, followed by the left section, securing the main fastener underneath the abdomen.

3. Adjust the support straps for a comfortable fit.

4. Ensure the belt is snug but does not restrict circulation or movement.
